These are NOT\nhuman experts. The information provided by the app does not constitute medical,\nlegal, financial, or other professional advice, and using it does not create a\ndoctor–patient, lawyer–client or any other professional relationship. Always\nconsult a qualified human professional for critical decisions.\n\n**AskAnXpert is not for emergencies.** If you or someone else is in danger, call\nyour local emergency number.\n\n## 1. The Service\n\nAskAnXpert lets you talk with Xperts: AI personas across many subjects. Every\nreply is generated by artificial intelligence. Replies can be wrong, out of\ndate, or incomplete, and are for educational, informational and entertainment\npurposes only. You are responsible for how you use them. Xperts can't reply\nuntil you give the permission described in the AI Capabilities and Limitations\nnotice. If you no longer want to give it, stop using the app or delete your account (section 10).\n\n## 2. Who can use AskAnXpert\n\nYou must be **18 or older**, and old enough to make a binding contract where you\nlive, to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.\n\n**Guest accounts.** You can use the app as a guest without giving us your name\nor email. These Terms apply to guests too. A guest account works only on the\ndevice that created it. If you delete the app or lose the device without\ncreating an account, the guest account and its credits can't be recovered. A\nguest account that isn't used for 30 days is deleted, with its credits. If you\ncreate an account, you keep everything the guest account had.\n\n**Registered accounts.** You can create an account with an email address and\npassword, or sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in details secure; you\nare responsible for what happens under your account. You need a registered\naccount to buy credits or a subscription.\n\n**Your information.** How we collect and use your personal information is\ndescribed in our [Privacy Policy](https:\u002F\u002Faskanxpert.ai\u002Fprivacy).\n\n## 3. Your licence to use the app\n\nWe give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to\nuse the app for your own non-commercial purposes, under these Terms. If you got\nthe app from the Apple App Store, you may use it only on Apple devices you own\nor control, as Apple's Usage Rules allow.\n\n## 4. Purchases and subscriptions\n\n- **Payment.** Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and\n  are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. We never see your card\n  details.\n- **Prices.** Prices and billing periods are shown in the app and by Apple or\n  Google before you buy. If a subscription price changes, Apple or Google tell\n  you beforehand, under their rules.\n- **Renewal.** Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing\n  period until you cancel them in your Apple or Google account.\n- **Cancelling.** You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account\n  settings. Deleting the app or your AskAnXpert account does **not** cancel a\n  subscription.\n- **Refunds.** Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own rules. We don't give refunds ourselves, unless the law requires it. If a purchase is refunded, we take back the\n  credits it gave you, in proportion to the amount refunded, but only credits\n  you haven't spent yet. A refund never leaves you owing credits. We may stop\n  purchases from an account that repeatedly asks for refunds.\n- **Apple refund requests.** If you ask Apple for a refund, you consent to us\n  telling Apple how much of the purchase you used, to help it decide.\n\n## 5. Credits\n\n### 5.1 What credits are\n\nAskAnXpert uses credits to pay for Xpert replies.\n\n- **Free credits** pay for Standard AI.\n- **Premium credits** pay for Advanced AI. They come from a subscription plan\n  (\"plan credits\") or from a credit pack you buy (\"purchased credits\").\n\nCredits have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to\nanother account. They belong to your account, and are lost if your account is deleted. We don't refund lost credits, unless the law requires it.\n\n### 5.2 How long credits last\n\n- **Purchased credits never expire.**\n- **Plan credits** carry over to the next billing period, up to the limit\n  described when you subscribe. They are lost when your subscription ends or is\n  paused. Purchased credits are kept.\n- **Free credits.** Free users are topped up to a daily amount.\n\n### 5.3 The order credits are used\n\nPremium credits are used in a fixed order: plan credits first, then purchased\ncredits. You don't choose the order.\n\n### 5.4 Owed credits\n\nThe cost of a reply is known only after it has been written, so a reply can take\nyour balance below zero. Owed credits are taken first from your next credit pack\nor your next plan credits. Owed credits are never a money debt: we never charge\nyour payment method for them.\n\n### 5.5 Rewarded ads\n\nYou can choose to watch some ads to earn free credits. Credits are added only\nafter the ad network confirms the ad was watched, up to a daily limit shown in\nthe app. We may change the reward or the limit, or stop offering rewarded ads.\n\n### 5.6 Changes to credits and AI models\n\nWe may change credit amounts, the cost of replies, and the limits above. If\nsuch a change means your credits buy less, we will tell you in the app at least\n30 days before it takes effect. Changes in your favour can take effect without\nnotice.\n\n**AI models change.** By buying credits or a subscription, you accept that we\nmay upgrade, change or replace the AI models behind Standard AI and Advanced\nAI, including with models from another AI provider named in our Privacy Policy, at our sole discretion and without notice. We add a new AI provider only after updating the Privacy Policy and asking your permission again. Credits are spent on replies from whichever models we use at\nthe time, not on a particular model or provider. Advanced AI always uses more capable models than Standard AI.\n\n## 6. Your content\n\n**You own what you create.** Xperts and Skills you create, ratings and comments\nyou post, and what you write in the app remain yours. You give us a worldwide,\nroyalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, run, adapt and display\nyour content, and to let our service providers do so, as needed to operate the\nService.\n\n**Publishing.** If you publish an Xpert or a Skill, everyone can see it, and you\nalso give us and other users a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to\nuse it, display it, and add a copy to their own accounts. A published Xpert or\nSkill stays available, no longer linked to you, after you delete your account,\nand copies that other people have added stay in their accounts after you\nwithdraw it. To take a published Xpert or Skill down, withdraw it before\ndeleting your account, or email us.\n\n**Ratings and comments** you post are shown publicly with your nickname and\nprofile photo, and stay visible, shown as \"Deleted User\", after you delete your\naccount.\n\n**Your promise.** You confirm that you have the right to the content you put\ninto the Service, and that it doesn't break these Terms or anyone else's rights.\n\n**AI replies.** You may use the replies you receive for your own purposes. The\nsame or similar replies may be given to other people, so a reply isn't unique to\nyou.\n\n**Our content.** The app, its design and its technology, apart from your\ncontent, belong to Agorex Inc.\n\n## 7. Rules\n\nYou must not use the Service to create, publish or share:\n\n- anything illegal;\n- harassment, threats or hate;\n- sexual content;\n- content that impersonates real people, or claims to be a real professional;\n- content that infringes someone else's rights, such as copyright or privacy.\n\nYou must also not:\n\n- copy content from the Service by automated means, or use bots or scripts to\n  use it;\n- reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or our servers;\n- get around usage limits, credit rules or safety measures;\n- create several accounts, or reinstall or reset devices, to collect welcome\n  credits or ad rewards more than once;\n- resell or rent access to the Service;\n- use the Service in a way that breaks the usage policies of the AI providers\n  named in our Privacy Policy.\n\nWe don't check content before it is published. We may remove content, refuse to\npublish an Xpert or Skill, or suspend or close an account that breaks these\nrules.\n\n**Usage limits.** To keep the Service working for everyone, we may limit how\noften it can be used, and change those limits.\n\n## 8. Reporting content\n\n**Reporting.** You can report a published Xpert, Skill, rating or comment from\ninside the app, or by emailing support@askanxpert.ai. We review reports and\nremove content that breaks these Terms.\n\n**Blocking.** You can block another user so that you no longer see their\nratings, comments or the Xperts they publish. They aren't told. You can\nunblock them at any time.\n\n**Copyright.** If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright,\nemail support@askanxpert.ai with:\n\n- your name and contact details, and your physical or electronic signature;\n- the work you own, and where the content you object to is in the Service;\n- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by\n  the owner, its agent or the law; and\n- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under\n  penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the\n  owner.\n\nWe will remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat\ninfringers. If we remove your content after such a notice and you believe it\nwas a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send us a\ncounter-notice at the same address, and we will consider restoring it.\n\n**Disagreeing with a decision.** If we remove your content or restrict your\naccount and you think we got it wrong, email support@askanxpert.ai and we will\nlook at it again.\n\n## 9. Advertising\n\nThe free version of the app shows ads. How they are chosen, and the choices you\nhave, are described in the Privacy Policy.\n\n## 10. Deleting your account\n\nYou can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. When you do:\n\n- your credits are lost, and we don't refund them unless the law requires it (section 5.1);\n- a subscription is **not** cancelled; Apple or Google keep billing until you\n  cancel it with them (section 4);\n- some information is kept, as the\n  [Privacy Policy](https:\u002F\u002Faskanxpert.ai\u002Fprivacy) explains.\n\n## 11. Closing accounts and ending the Service\n\nWe may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms. We will tell you\nwhy, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it, and you can ask us to look\nat it again (section 8). If we close it, its free and plan credits are lost.\nPurchased credits are lost only if we close it for fraud, or for a serious or\nrepeated breach of these Terms. Otherwise we restore your access to them, or support a refund request you make to Apple or Google for the unused ones.\nClosing your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it with Apple\nor Google.\n\nIf we stop offering the Service entirely, we will tell you in the app at least\n90 days beforehand, so you can use your credits.\n\n## 12. Other companies' services\n\nThe Service relies on other companies, such as Apple, Google, our AI providers\nand Unsplash. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are\nnot responsible for them.\n\n## 13. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability\n\nTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN \"AS-IS\" AND \"AS-AVAILABLE\" BASIS. AGOREX INC.\nDISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF\nMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO\nNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. AI CAN MAKE\nMISTAKES, AND AGOREX INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INACCURACIES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS\nIN AI-GENERATED CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGOREX INC. Changes to these Terms\n\nWe may update these Terms. When we do, the app asks you to accept the new\nversion before you continue using it. If you don't accept, you can't use the\nService, but your account and data are kept: you can accept later, or delete\nyour account. Declining doesn't cancel a subscription; if you have one and\ndon't want to accept, cancel it with Apple or Google, and you can ask them for a refund. Each version is a\nseparate agreement; accepting one is not accepting a later one.\n\n## 16. If you got the app from Apple\n\n- These Terms are between you and Agorex Inc., not Apple. Agorex Inc., not\n  Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.\n- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.\n- If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and\n  Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. To the extent the\n  law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.\n- Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product\n  liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory\n  requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.\n- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending or settling a claim that\n  the app infringes someone's intellectual property.\n- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government\n  embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a \"terrorist supporting\"\n  country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or\n  restricted parties.\n- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and\n  may enforce them against you.\n\n## 17. Governing law and courts\n\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without\nregard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute goes to the courts of\nOntario, unless the consumer protection law where you live gives you the right\nto bring it in your local courts.\n\n## 18. General\n\n- **Whole agreement.** These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the prices, limits\n  and plan details shown in the app when you buy are the whole agreement\n  between you and us about the Service.\n- **If part is invalid.** If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable,\n  the rest still applies.\n- **No waiver.** If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce\n  it later.\n- **Transfer.** You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We may\n  transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service.\n- **What continues.** Sections 5.1, 6, 13, 14, 17 and 18 continue after these\n  Terms end.\n- **Notices.** We may give you notices in the app or by email.\n- **Test features.** Features we mark as beta or test may change or be removed,\n  and may not work as well as the rest of the Service.\n\n## 19.
